Bringing the Flavors of Ireland to America

Our founders, Valentino and Alice Bermejo, wanted to add a missing element of their home to America. So they opened The Chipper Truck in 2004. Since then, the business has expanded to Bronx, Yonkers, and Pelham, New York.

We want to make sure that everyone knows a bit more about Ireland. Through our business and food offerings, we hope to break American myths about our food.

Our Customers

Although our dishes are mostly of Irish origin and are usually preferred by diners with Irish roots, we welcome people of all backgrounds into our restaurant. From workers stopping by for a quick bite, morning bus catchers, hungry families, friends hanging out, or students looking for a pick-me-up snack, we are everyone’s go-to food spot!

Delivery Services

We offer delivery services from both our cafés. However, we don’t offer this service from our food trucks. You can visit us any day as we are open on holidays.
